Five stars are not sufficient. Monday 9/14/26, you all responded to my distress on Saginaw Highway. I cannot possibly say enough good things about the assist that was given to me. It was so wonderful with the care and attention. Way past wonderful!!! Thank you so much. I will always remember the service. I will also brag on you to others and your great service that was afforded to me.

I called Los Brothers Towing at 7:45am on a Sunday morning. They were kind and efficient from the beginning of the call. They quoted me a fair price and were at my location less than 45 minutes later. The tow truck driver was friendly and had my vehicle up and on it's way within minutes. These guys are my go-to from now on!

I had a really bad experience with my roadside assistance provider not being able to fulfill their obligation. Lily’s Towing was a godsend. In the future if Im ever in need of a tow truck Im calling them first.

I was locked out of my vehicle and called AAA for assistance. AAA dispatched Top US Auto to unlock my car. During the unlocking process, the technician used a wedge and other tools on both front doors. Immediately afterward, I noticed that both the driver's and front passenger's doors no longer closed properly. They now require extra force to latch, there is a noticeable gap when closed, wind noise is present while driving, and water leaks into the vehicle during rain. I reported the damage to AAA right away and filed a claim. Unfortunately, Top US Auto denied responsibility, and my claim was denied despite the fact that these issues began immediately after their service. I was left responsible for the cost of repairing damage that did not exist before the technician worked on my vehicle. What is most frustrating is not only the damage itself, but the lack of accountability. If a mistake happens, the right thing to do is acknowledge it and make it right. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, and I was left with damaged doors and an expensive repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Top US Auto and would advise others to carefully inspect their vehicle immediately after any lockout service.

While driving near Palestine, pulling our 30-foot trailer and golf cart with my wife and our three young grandsons, we had a truck tire blow out. With temperatures around 100 degrees and being nearly 77 years old, this wasn't the situation we wanted to be in. We called Ferrell's Wrecker Service, and they exceeded our expectations. They arrived in less than 10 minutes and had the damaged tire removed and the spare installed just as quickly. Their team was fast, professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a manageable one, and we are incredibly grateful. I highly recommend Ferrell's Wrecker Service to anyone who needs roadside assistance or any of the other services they provide. Thank you for taking such good care of our family. More importantly, you gave our grandsons a firsthand example of how kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service can truly make a difference.

Worst service ever. Damaged my RV and charged us $8,000 for his service. Not very polite at all. Not recommended them to no one.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The driver came out and didn't know how to jump a Mercedes. I pre paid for the jump and the company tried to up charge and refused a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!
