$190 tow 1.2 miles. Vehicle still on flatbed and service station had moved 5 buildings down. He refused to move it 5 buildings. Left me high and dry.

I called BES Towing, Lake Norden, in the afternoon and they immediately sent a driver (Austin) out who arrived within about 30 minutes (and we live about that far from Lake Norden). Besides being very prompt, Austin was professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Great service.

Very unprofessional and crude driver was sent to my location. He was dragging the vehicle when the wheels weren’t rolling freely in neutral leaving black marks on the ground and damaging my brand new tires. Then he jeopardized my exhaust while attempting to wench the truck to a more sideways direction in the parking lot. He had the back passenger side wheel pushed into his flatbed, which wasn’t completely lowered, so hard that it almost took the tire off the bead and thus potentially damaging another tire. Then when I hollered for him to stop he got very upset with me, unhooked my vehicle from his leaving my vehicle in such a way that it was blocking off the whole parking lot, gave me my keys and told me to “get my insurance to call someone else.” Beyond disappointed with such service. Would not recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO INCUR HIDDEN OR UNNECESSARY FEES!!! I rated one because no NEGATIVE number was available. This company towed my vehicle then charged me storage for days that they were not open or operating. Although the business advertise as a 24/7 location this DOES NOT mean the time they are available. After the fee for towing, I also paid storage, convenient and credit card use fees, The attendant talked around in circles yet I am still not clear of what the convenient fee covered.

I was on my way home from work and hit a deer. The weather was terrible, and it was getting dark. I made the call to Aynor Tire Towing Service, they were there in a matter of minutes. The driver was helped me in the tow truck and got me out of the weather and then proceeded to load my vehicle. A light assembly had to be ordered for my vehicle....but I was back on the road the next day. Best service, and the people are honest and friendly.

deff recommend these guys . Fast affordable and they know what there doing. HIGHLY RECOMEND
