We had an excellent experience with Kevin Goodyear Towing from Bainbridge. Troy Lader did a masterful job winching up a broken down, semi truck that had been sinking into the ground for 18 months. He was able to work hard to get it out of a very narrow driveway and exit and was very nimble and masterful with his abilities. We were very impressed and very appreciative! Great job, Troy!

broke down called for tow gave me a good price and a good response time (45 min) waited for over an hour no show called asked for their eta asked for all my info again said they would waited no show or call so i called again took my info again said they would check waited and again no show or call so i called again and again took my info but this time increased the price and hey no surprise no show or call left me stranded so no i will not recommend and will tell everyone not to use them bad customer service and very unreliable

My vehicle was towed around 7:00 PM. When I went to retrieve it later that night, the towing company informed me for the first time that they only accepted cash and demanded $220 to release my car. This was never clearly disclosed beforehand. I had already spent money on an Uber ride to the tow yard expecting to pay normally. The employee told me to use the ATM on site, but the ATM was not working. Because of this, I was unable to retrieve my vehicle that night and was forced to leave without my car. I returned the next day around 4:00 PM with cash during their regular business hours. Even though it had not yet been 24 hours since the tow, the company increased the charge from $220 to $265 by adding another day of storage fees. I believe this was unfair because their undisclosed cash-only policy and broken ATM prevented me from retrieving my vehicle the night before. In addition, my vehicle had been left parked under a tree overnight and was returned covered in dirt and debris. This experience felt misleading, unreasonable, and intentionally difficult for customers trying to retrieve their vehicles. I am filing this complaint because I believe the company used unfair practices and excessive charges while failing to clearly disclose payment requirements.

Intersection of Columbia Road and North Belair road in Evans Ga. Complete engine failure while waiting to cross intersection, 3:30 PM. Traffic backed up behind me. Columbia County deputies arrived and assisted push out of the road into an adjacent Circle K parking lot. Called Broome Service center and had a wrecker at site in 30 minutes. Wrecker service was excellent, and delivered van to business for repairs. Extremely satisfied with their response time and service.

AAA really needs to reevaluate the companies they contract. On March 31, 2026, they sent Armada Towing (Houston, TX) for my lockout service. I was given a one‑hour ETA, so I went 15 minutes down the road to a gas station. The tech showed up early, called me, and when I told him I’d be back before the ETA, he got an attitude, said he “wasn’t waiting,” and hung up on me. AAA had to re-dispatch someone else, which doubled my wait time — all because this driver couldn’t act professionally. This is unacceptable customer service, and it speaks volumes about the leadership at Armada Towing. I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB and their headquarters, and I want others to be aware of how this company treats people.
