1. Take the ramp to merge onto I-495 W/Long Island Expressway heading west.
2. Take Exit 51 for Sagtikos Pkwy/NY-495.
3. Keep right and follow signs for Sagtikos Pkwy S/Eastbound.
4. Merge onto Sagtikos Pkwy S and continue for approximately 7 miles.
5. Take the exit for NY-27 W/Sunrise Hwy heading west.
6. Keep left and turn left onto 5th Ave.
7. Destination will be on the right at 101 5th Ave.

Parking: There is street parking available along 5th Ave. Additional public parking can be found at the municipal lot on W Main St, about a 2-minute walk from the destination.

1. From the Robert Moses Causeway North Terminus, merge onto Robert Moses Causeway.
2. Continue south on the Robert Moses Causeway and then merge onto the Heckscher State Pkwy.
3. Take the exit for NY-27 W/Sunrise Hwy and keep right.
4. Turn right onto 5th Ave.
5. Destination will be on the right at 101 5th Ave.

1. Head south on Commack Rd.
2. Turn right onto Jericho Tpke/NY-25 and continue for approximately 9 miles.
3. Turn left onto 5th Ave.
4. Destination will be on the right at 101 5th Ave.
