1. Start at the Cortland County Courthouse on Main St.
2. Head west on Main St.
3. Turn right onto Port Watson St.
4. Continue straight as Port Watson St becomes NY-13 N.
5. The destination will be on your left at 1840 NY-13, Cortland, NY 13045.

2. Head north on NY-281 N.
3. Turn left onto NY-13 N.
4. Continue on NY-13 N for approximately 2 miles.
