“Yesterday, I was stranded with engine issues off I-95 about 160 miles away from home and was in Fayetteville trying to get back. I called my insurance company and they gave me an estimate of about 75-180 mins for a tow truck to get to me. It ended up being much faster and was only about an hour. Before the driver, Duane, arrived he called to let me know he was about 20 mins out. He arrived and was friendly, very professional, and handled my car with care. He shared his thoughts with me as to what may be wrong with my car and took me with him to drop my car off. He has 20ish years experience and it shows. We had a great conversation on the way to the dealership. Once there he took my car down safely.
