Refund Policy
Re-schedules are accepted anytime. Cancellations are charged at 25%-85% of the total invoice amount for the tow or $95, whichever is more. Due to the nature of towing operations and the uncertainty of site/vehicle conditions, incomplete tows may incur full charges. No refunds for no-shows or gone on arrivals (GOA). Service Agreement terms may be different.
